Shipping

How long will it take to receive my item?

Unless otherwise specified, all products are in stock and ready to ship. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, sometimes faster. If you need your item ASAP, send an email to hello@harambeecrafts.com and we'll try our best to help.

Can I track my package? 

Yes, all packages are assigned a tracking number once processed. Please allow 24 hours of processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange purchased products for a different product option? 

No, we do not currently exchange purchased products. 

What if the products in my order arrived damaged or my order is incomplete? 

In the event that products arrive damaged or your order is incomplete, please notify us at hello@harambeecrafts.com within 5 days so we can ship out replacements for you immediately.

Care Instructions

What is the best way to care for my new Harambee Crafts items?

Some fabric is pre-washed prior to sewing to minimize shrinkage of material. Harambaby items are all machine washable, because who has time to air dry anything? Each handcrafted design is beautifully designed, high quality and functional. We do not recommend using chlorine bleach on any items. Fabric softeners may reduce absorbency of cotton materials.

Home décor, travel products and accessories should be spot treated or wiped clean with soap or sterilizing solution if needed.

Specific product care instructions:

Harambaby Collection: Machine was cold or warm, tumble dry. Note: wash bibs un-snapped, this reduces wear on the fabric around snaps.
